We’ve made multiple changes to the Concur Travel booking experience that are designed to give travellers a reason to stay while also providing the flexibility and options they seek:

Car rentals feature enhanced content from providers, localised options, sustainability details, and supplier rate comparisons that include ancillaries.

Hotels feature additional options for sourcing and sorting content from custom providers, improved imagery and filtering options, and clearer pricing data.

Air includes better connectivity that ensures full content access (including GDS, NDC, EDIFACT and aggregators), wider product selection and comparisons, new combined schedule/product comparisons with amenities, and policy-compliant options based on user booking patterns and loyalty affiliations.

Rail offers broader domestic and international content, better display of fare conditions, and a new approach to travel in EMEA focused on preferred and sustainable types of transport.
Delivering Control and Compliance
As the new booking experience brings greater options and flexibility, we’ve also improved the technology, solutions, and extensions that help ensure spending and employees stay policy compliant.

Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning are at work across the platform to identify booking patterns and spot potential fraud and policy violations. And our AI assistant, Joule, personalises flight recommendations based on traveller preferences, booking habits, and more.

Request Assistant uses generative AI to give employees cost estimates for trips, meaning they no longer have to separately hunt down costs for flights, hotels, and other essentials.

ExpenseIt uses AI to analyse and itemise hotel folios, allowing travelers to just drop the info into Concur Expense instead of spending time fixing mistakes.

New virtual card payments for hotel let you put more controls in place, resulting better spending protections and visibility and a simplified process for travellers.
Empowering Strategic Leadership
With improved solutions and the integration of Concur Travel and Concur Expense into one seamless platform, travel leaders can capture and analyse all travel transaction data through reporting tools and ready-to-use dashboards. TripIt Pro Risk alerts give timely notifications of airline and airport disruptions, helping flyers beat the rush to rebook and make other adjustments to get them home.

Booking information flows into Concur Expense to minimise time spent on expense reports, while travellers can use TripIt to sync with Microsoft 365 and share reservations on Microsoft Teams.
